Facilities Mobile App

The Facilities Mobile app is your resource when on the go and in the field.

Built within the Princeton Mobile app platform, the Facilities Mobile app links to essential University-wide information to help you every day, including payroll & HR benefits, submit a work order, dining menus, people directories, Email, staff benefits, and more. You can also see Facilities news and co-worker kudos.

At the bottom of the home screen is a tile to access More links, including Concur, Recycle coaching, and the Tiger & Spot nomination form.

Follow these 4 steps to get the Princeton mobile app and activate our custom Facilities persona:

  1. If you haven’t already, download the Princeton Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and select the head icon  at the top.
  3. Select My Persona.
  4. Select Facilities Mobile.

You can always switch back to the Princeton Mobile app view by selecting the head icon again. However, we included the popular tiles, e.g., Map, TigerTransit, Dining, and People, in the Facilities view so most of our users would not need to switch back.
