Robert Spoo of the English department called Customer Service to express his thanks for the quick response to his work order (24-264559) regarding the noisy exterior doors of the Architecture building. He said he could see them being worked on (by Dan Kurdyla of the lock shop). He also wanted to thank David Kazen for assisting him with the work order.
